Trout hatcheriesAquaPri owns and controls two hatcheries for trout with a total production
of 6-8 million eggs per year. We only use fry from our own hatcheries,
ensuring us the quality that we request for the production of our luxury
caviar and large trout. |

Pike perch hatcheryAt our hatchery for pike perch in Egtved, we are able to hatch up to 1 million eggs per year, though the very nature of the pike perch still provokes a certain unstability in this production. Pike perch is only at a very early stage of its production cycle, where trout has been farmed and researched for decades. Therefore, it is an extremely difficult process to succeed with the hatching of pike perch, and will take years before we are able to hatch pike perch like trout today. |
