ProductionOur slaugtering plant is situated in Arösund, near the Danish / German border.
We keep the trout in a large cage in the harbour outside our plant. From this cage we pump up the trout when needed in the plant. We slaugter app. 110 mt per day in the season.

HygieneOur production is based on HACCP principles and is controlled by the Danish veterinarian. We pay high attention to hygiene and efficient production.
Our plant is approved for export to the Russian market. |
