An extremely important parameter in the whole AquaPri strategy is to maintain and always expand the high level of food safety. This is done through a severe traceability programme, following the fish through the whole supply chain from egg to the final product.
Trout: We only use our own brood stock, giving us the opportunity to follow our trout and the caviar from our trout all the way to its selling point.
Pike perch: We now have 1st. generation of our own stock at AquaPri Innovation, making it possible to trace the product back to the parents from our own brood stock.
